1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Spotidal ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Service Description
Spotidal is a playlist syncing tool that transfers playlist data from Spotify to Tidal. The Service uses ISRC codes and metadata to match tracks across platforms.
Spotidal is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Spotify AB or TIDAL Music AS. Spotify and Tidal are trademarks of their respective owners.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your account credentials
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Ensuring you have the right to use your Spotify and Tidal accounts with this Service
4. Free and Paid Tiers
- Free tier — sync up to 100 tracks at no cost
- Paid tier — unlimited track syncing for a monthly or yearly subscription fee
Pricing is displayed on the website and may change with notice. Existing subscriptions will not be affected by price changes until renewal.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or exploit the Service
- Use automated tools to excessively access the Service beyond normal usage
- Violate the terms of service of Spotify or Tidal through your use of Spotidal
6. Intellectual Property
Spotidal does not copy, download, or store any audio content. The Service only transfers playlist metadata (track names, artist names, ISRCs) to find matching tracks on the destination platform. All music content remains the property of its respective rights holders.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided on a "best effort" basis. We do not guarantee:
- 100% accuracy in track matching between platforms
- Continuous or uninterrupted access to the Service
- That all tracks will be available on both platforms
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spotidal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the Profile settings, which will permanently remove all your data.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the website.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the member state in which the service operator resides, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
